The Ordering Process
Because every set we produce is custom-made, the exact ordering process may vary slightly depending on your request. However, in most cases, the following steps apply:

1. Initial contact You reach out to us via our contact page, WhatsApp, or phone to express your interest and share your general requirements or goals.
2. Personal consultation We’ll get in touch to discuss your needs in more detail. Together, we’ll define the ideal configuration of your set, including specific symbols, unit markings, colors, and whether a transport case (with laser-engraved insert and logo) is required.
3. Optional in-person meeting If needed, we can schedule a physical meeting to go over the details  but in most cases, we can define everything clearly through email or a phone call.
4. Quotation & confirmation We’ll send you an initial quotation with a draft order list. Once approved, the list is finalized and the order confirmed.
5. Payment & production After approval, payment is made in advance. Production then begins. Because of the highly customized nature of our products, the production timeline may vary.
6. Ongoing communication Throughout the process, we stay in close contact sharing updates, answering questions, and ensuring everything aligns with your expectations.
7. Delivery or pickup Once completed, your order can be sent via insured, registered shipping or picked up in person.
